Today I woke up with the desire to bake, a comfort food but light, and appetizing at any time of the day.
These biscuits are quick and easy to make and oats make them crunchy and healthy.
Servings = 15 cookies – Prep. Time = 30 minutes – Baking Time = 20 minutes
- 150 g flour 0
- 60 g oat flakes
- 1 egg
- 50 gr brown sugar
- 40 ml corn oil
- 15 g baking powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1/2 grated lemon zest
- 50 gr dark chocolate drops
- 40 g sultanas
Beat the egg with the sugar until it becomes creamy, add the oil, the grated zest of the lemon, the cinnamon.
Mix the flour with oats and yeast, then add to the egg cream.
Add the chocolate chips and sultanas and mix everything with your hands until a smooth and shiny mixture is obtained.
Put to rest for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Once ready, the dough should be spread with a rolling pin on a pastry board and, with the help of molds formed about 20 biscuits.
Bake in a fan oven for 20 minutes at 170 ° C or in a static oven at 180 ° for 25.
The biscuits will be ready when they take on a golden appearance.
