Today I’m going to take a break from usual blog programming ’cause I’d like to share with you some of my favorites Amazon Baking Essentials & Tools that I couldn’t stay without to make my recipes.

Often I get emails from readers and friends, asking me for kitchen product recommendations. I love giving recommendations, then I figured out: what a better way to really share these things with you than with a post full of my favorites affordable tools?
A few time ago, I have already talked about those that I consider indispensable tools to help in weights and measures conversion of ingredients. No panic, if you lost it, you’ll find it here!
My Baking Essentials
This fall, I’m already totally crazy about baking and making awesome homemade treats. I don’t dare think about how much weight I will gain at the end of winter! I fell totally in love with Wilton’s Gold and Navy Collection. These bakeware and sets are elegant, durable, and dishwasher safe. Their accessories and spatulas, with gold inserts, are so beautiful that can become a perfect gift too. Find the Wilton’s Gold & Navy Collection here.
To complete my baking accessories selection, cannot be missing a Silicone Baking Food Mat, and a Stainless Steel Dough Scraper.
Favorites Tools & Appliance
No bakery comes without the right appliances and accessories. The choice depends on your cooking & baking style and how much space you have your kitchen is. These are my Amazon Baking Essentials:
KitchenAid Stand Mixer – This appliance will quickly become your kitchen’s culinary center as you mix, knead and whip ingredients with ease. Definitely is the king of kitchen appliances, the one that every woman craves to have.
Water Heater – A glass electric kettle is a true big help in quickly boiling or heating water for cooking, and allow me to save a lot of time!
Cooking Torch – A cooking torch is ideal for caramelizing food, sugar atop creme brulee, brown some marshmallows, but also to glazing a baked ham, searing a steak, roasting bell peppers, melting cheese, and toasting bread crumbs.
And since the eye also wants its part, it can not miss a stylish and elegant designed Glass Serving Platter.
I hope my list can be an inspiration to help you better organize your kitchen and baking sets …. and why not, maybe to make you save on purchases for the next holiday!!!

Nice blog!
Thank you Maria!!!
Love the idea of the color theme. These colors would go great with a coastal theme I have in mind for our living/kitchen area. Great suggestions. I need one of those glass serving platters!
Great post and beautiful blog!!
I love that first cooking set! Absolutely gorgeous! 😍😍
Great suggestions! I need to get a silicone baking mat.
Amazon Prime is coming around fast, isn’t it, only a week away. I love the look of that cooking torch, I can imagine all kinds of uses for that in our kitchen!
Oh I love the navy and gold set. I am not a baker but my son is. Once we get our new kitchen fitted, I will be looking to encourage his love of baking even more. We don’t currently have the space to store much in our kitchen.
I’ve always wanted a really pretty mixer though, even though I never bake myself! They are just so lovely x
