Seafood Spaghetti

Mussels;5 prawns;1 octopus;1 squid;½ glass of white wine;Persil” ]Start by washing separately all fishes and seafoods. Dry fishes before start cooking.;Heat 1 1/2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil with a big garlic clove in a large pan. ;When garlic is golden, remove it and start to add mussels and clams, cover and let go for 1 minute. Add ½ glass of white wine and make it blur.Transfer the seafoods to a bowl.;Now pour in the same pan the tomatoes finely cutted and salted and let cook them for a couple of minutes.;Add prawns, squid rings and octopus tentacles and cook for 3 minutes. ;Merge the cooked seafood to the rest of the fish and finish cooking for another 2 minutes. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste.;Meantime finely chop a bunch of parsley and take aside.;Bring a large pot of water on fire; when it boil add 1 ½ tsp of salt and cook pasta according to packet directions, but reduce the cooking time by 4 minutes.;Drain pasta, stir and toss it in the seafoods sauce for 4 minutes at high flame, adding, if necessary, the cooking water and a little oil.;Pour everything into a serving dish and sprinkle with the persil.;Buon appetito!!!;[/lt_recipe]
